We're a close knit team who are all passionate about what we do and making what we do be the best it can. We all have extensive backgrounds in designing and developing insurance based websites so we really know what works and what doesn't.
But we like things to be a bit different so all our websites are tailor-made for you, our clients. Our core values are hugely important to us and influence all the work we do. Whatever you want your website to do, we can deliver.

Michael graduated from the University of Durham with a Bsc hons in software engineering. He developed football websites as a hobbyist before turning those skills to the professional arena. He has over six years' experience developing web based insurance systems.
Likes: Neighbours, Chelsea football club, Chilli, Cowboy hats
Dislikes: Cats, Goals without nets in, Hearing people mispronounce Moet
Jody has worked in the insurance industry since leaving education in 1997. His early career was in travel and personal accident underwriting. For the last 10 years, Jody has been developing cutting edge websites and process systems for the insurance industry.
Likes: Our core values! and working with everyone at Socrates, Great food and eating out,
Formula 1 - Big Jenson Button fan, Tottenham football club and playing with my son William.
Dislikes: Red Bull running away with the F1 championship,
Arsenal Football Club and William not wanting to sleep.
Ben graduated from Chelmsford University having studied BSc Hons Multimedia Systems. He has been working for the last 11 years in the IT industry. He has extensive skills in setting up systems, networks, servers and advising about web usability.
Likes: Fast Cars, Eating out, My 1 year old daughter, Films
Dislikes: Slow cars, Badly designed websites
Sasha graduated from Middlesex university with a BA hons in Product design. She has over 10 years' experience in the design industry and has also spent time as a teacher of design and technology before returning to the profession she loves.
Likes: My boys, Chocolate, Bright colours, Design magazines, Girls nights, Painting till the tins empty!
Dislikes: Traffic, Boring adverts, Mint sauce
Simon graduated from the University of Hertfordshire with a BA Hons in Business Studies. After spending time travelling and working abroad as an English teacher, Simon started work as a web developer and has over 4 years' experience in the industry.
Likes: Cricket, Football, Travelling, Reading a good book on the beach, Naps, Movies,
Stuffing myself with food
Dislikes: Cucumber, Celery, Beer, Shaving, Jellyfish, Crowds
Jemma studied Art and Design at AVCE level, where she then moved on to work in an I.T based role for a pensions company before taking a break to travel and explore the overseas. Now out of her system, she has returned to focus on a career in I.C.T, learning and developing each day in a challenging yet prospering environment.
Likes: Socializing with friends, Music, Adventure, Sun, Vegging out watching films.
Dislikes: Mornings, Spiders, Feet
Nicola is AAT qualified and has been working in accounts for the past 7 years. Nicola's experience in accounts has been in the Insurance and Broking industry.
Likes: Her family, Sleeping, Spurs.
Dislikes: Green food, Early mornings
Victor graduated from Buckinghamshire New University gaining a degree in computing. He began his career in Multimedia systems and Advertising and focused on online applications and web development. He has experience in developing on different web platforms, and for a variety of project specifications. He is passionate about well developed sites with great functionality and intuitive user experiences matched with decisive design.
Likes: Reading, Music, Japanese Animation and story-telling, Superman,
Optimus Prime and Shoes, Subtle gradients
Dislikes: Soap Operas, Milk, Site's with poor usability
